What is a 9-5 Job?
After becoming Founder in ONPASSIVE and realizing that ONPASSIVE has all the potentials to help me make enough money, I am going to subsequently quit my 9-5 job. I thought it would be very selfish of me, if I kept all I know about ONPASSIVE to myself.
I decided to start sharing the ONPASSIVE opportunity with some of my co-workers who are open to learn something new or even improve on their financial situation. I must say I have had very mixed and interesting reactions to see how people think and react, based on the information they are confronted with.
So yesterday, I asked one of my co-workers, if she were really interested to quit her 9-5 job someday, should ONPASSIVE help her make enough money ongoing beyond what her job pays her?
She told me: “I don’t have a 9-5 job”
When I asked her, what do you mean?
She said: “I work 12 hours, 7am to 7pm and at times nights, 7pm – 7am”
To that, I said that is even worse than a 9-5 job then!
She did not quite like my response and was curious to know why I said it is worse than a 9-5 job. I would not want to bore you with all the explanations I gave to her.
However, her denying of the fact that she does not have a 9-5 job left me confused, as to what a 9-5 job really is. To me, I have always thought that the expression “9-5 Job” does not strictly mean 9am - 5pm, but generally refers to any job one does, irrespective of the time to earn an income.
What do you think?
Nevertheless, today, I confronted her with the following message:
You are young, healthy, strong and hard working. You have a full-time job and maybe even do some over time too. Yet, you are unable to pay off your debts, especially credit card debts, leaving from paycheck to paycheck, and your total lifestyle and home at the brink of collapse, should you miss a paycheck.
Not like that was not scary enough, do you think it is after you get old, weak, possibly sickly and retired on 60% of your current income (if it will even still be available), that you will be able to pay off your debts and live with peace of mind?
Please, think again.

To me, ONPASSIVE is my way to make money while I sleep.
Well, she is now mad at me for speaking the truth. I am not really much worried she is mad, because I am actually helping her with an opportunity to see and work out of the box. Instead of getting mad at me, I think she should get a founder position in ONPASSIVE.
