Financial Data
When you buy something from us, we ask you to provide your name, contact information, and credit card information or other payment account information. When you submit your card information, we store the name and address of the cardholder. We do not store the actual credit card number, the expiry date and the last four digits of the credit card number. For quick processing of future payments, if you have given us your approval, we may store your credit card information or other payment information in an encrypted format in the secured servers of our Payment Gateway Service Providers.

Sensitive Personal Data or Information (“SPDI”)-
(a) Means passwords, financial information, such as bank account or credit card or debit card or other payment instrument details, any detail relating to the above as provided to COMPANY for providing service; and any information received under the above by COMPANY for processing, stored or processed under lawful contract or otherwise,
(b) COMPANY is required to obtain prior consent from the information provided regarding the purpose of usage of the SPDI. Such information should be collected only if it is essential and required for a lawful purpose connected with the functioning of the COMPANY,
(c) Founder/Customer has no right to share/disclose the SPDI details in public and, if found to be in violation, that Company has legal right to terminate his/her registration without notice,
(d) Founder/Customer agrees and consents that Company has right to use and disclosed his/her data for the information sought by governmental agencies or under applicable legal provisions and for COMPANY business requirements, and further agrees Founder/Customer has no rights to claim, sue, or approach for any Legal remedy for such disclosure.
Covenant Not to Sue
Founder/Customer shall not institute any action or suit at law or in equity against COMPANY, nor institute, prosecute, or in any way aid in the institution or prosecution of any claim, demand, action, or cause of action arising out of the CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION or any INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY thereof, including but not limited to, claim, demand, action, or cause of action for invalidating any INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY and CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION of the COMPANY.
Damages and Specific Performance
FOUNDER/CUSTOMER agrees that should FOUNDER/CUSTOMER breach any portion contained in this Privacy policy that COMPANY would suffer irreparable harm and COMPANY would be without an adequate remedy at law and that COMPANY may obtain injunctive relief, including specific performance of the Privacy policy, as well as a monetary award for damages suffered by COMPANY for FOUNDER/CUSTOMER’S breach of this Privacy policy.
Publishing offensive, false, or threatening information
Founder/Customer who sends by any means of a computer resource any information that is grossly offensive, which relates with the term of defamation whether slander or libel or has a menacing character; or any information which he knows to be false (viz. sharing marketing campaigns structure or information and other confidential information), but for the purpose of causing annoyance, inconvenience, danger, obstruction, or insult, etc., shall be punishable by Law and this action of breach shall result in violation of privacy policy and suspension or termination of his/her registration/enrolment as Founder/Customer.
Severability
Should a court of competent jurisdiction find that any portion of this Privacy policy is invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties shall use reasonable efforts to substitute a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that implements purposes of the provision so held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable to any extent permissible under the law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The establishment, validity, execution, and dispute settlement of this Privacy policy shall be governed by the laws of the Country. The Courts located at the registered office of the COMPANY shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to entertain and resolve all the disputes between the parties
Delivery/Shipping/Services Policy
We provide software that is downloadable in nature which involves no shipping. For other services, we do not provide any guarantee for the time of product delivery since it may vary from one product/service to another. Software download orders will be fulfilled via a separate email confirmation to the customer. The software download email will include download links and instructions on how to complete a download.
Our organization fully complies with the regulations set forth by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). As a result, we do not engage in any business dealings or provide services or products to individuals, entities, or countries that are subject to OFAC sanctions.
